WebCounter stats reports are localized to some time zone. You enter yours, then the times on the reports change. The problem is that when I tell it it is 13:00, then hit the site, the hit shows up at 21:00.

1. Enter username (email), and password.
2. Select a counter.
3. Enter the starting value.
4. Select your local time.
5. Click the "Submit Form" button.
6. Copy and paste the code into your web pages.
