Site Analytics is a typical paid package, having all of the webmaster reports, but it also has eCommerce and an overlay, or heat map report that lays on top of your page and shows you where the clicks are visually. There is a report showing the current visitors and where they are on your site, with drill-down to visitor history.

3. Follow the process of paying for it.

This package seems to be the most accurate of the real time stats packages, based on tests on this site. It is backed up by log file processing if you are hosted at GoDaddy.com, so you get server reports, like bandwidth, file requests, and errors. It crawls your site occasionally to see that you have the script on all of your pages, and you can initiate a crawl on demand.
