1. Select the plan and click the "Next" button.
2. Fill in your personal information.
3. Click the "Next" button. You will be taken back to the plan page.
4. Select the plan again, and click the "Next" button.
5. Select the logo you want on your page.
6. Click the "Next" button.
7. Click the "Activate" button.

The free version might want to charge you for any hits over 30k, but they didn't get any billing information, so it isn't likely that they will do that.
