99Counters is a counter with some simple stats. The stats on the counter on your page are as detailed as the stats on their page. They do have that "Concurrent Visitors" report. I'm not sure what that is. I've never seen one before, and there is no explanation.

To sign up...

1. Click on the "Sign Up" button.
2. Enter your email and password, and click the "Sign up" button.
3. Click on the link to create your counter.
4. Choose the code for a Flash or JavaScript counter.
5. Copy and paste the code into your web page.
